We are looking for an experienced professional to fill a high-level role within our organization. The position of Team Leader is available, offering the right candidate a challenging and rewarding career opportunity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, advising on investment opportunities, and managing financial portfolios. They will also be responsible for tracking high net worth individuals in the market, researching investment options, and coordinating with product and research teams to make informed investment decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth management, with at least 10 years of experience in the field. Team leading experience is preferred, as well as extensive knowledge and working experience on wealth products like Arbitrage, PMS, AIF, SIP, Bonds, and Structured Products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client relationships and generate assets under management
  • Advise high net worth individuals on their investments and manage their overall financial portfolio
  • Track the high net worth segment in the market for new client acquisition
  • Research and investigate available investment opportunities/financial market trends
  • Coordinate with product and research teams to take investment decisions for clients
  • Promote, acquire, and retain clients
  • Achieve budgeted targets in terms of number of clients/volume of business & assets
  • Recommend strategies to clients to achieve their financial objectives
  • Contact clients periodically to determine if they are satisfied with the service and returns generated
  • Review clients' investment needs and provide portfolio reassessment as required
  • Provide various investment performance reports and summaries to clients
