We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunication Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and providing them with information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound calls to potential clients and providing information about our services
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services
  • Following up with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns they may have
  • Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals and contribute to the overall success of the company
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to persuade and influence clients
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
