Regional Demand Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to bridge local vendors, stakeholders, and central IT teams.

This role serves as the first layer of demand operations outside Pakistan, ensuring alignment of regional IT services with global corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise between local business stakeholders/vendors and central IT teams.
  2. Ensure local IT services are standardized under corporate control.
  3. Oversee procurement processes, ensuring purchase orders (PRs/POs) are created and processed accurately.
  4. Coordinate with finance teams to validate, approve, and process invoices on time.
  5. Ensure compliance with local/regional regulations, including contract and legal requirements.
  6. Align regional IT setups with global standards and processes.
  7. Provide troubleshooting and coordination support for non-standard applications and issues.
  8. Act as the escalation point for stakeholders facing complex IT/service challenges.
  9. Support contract management and monitor vendor performance.
  10. Maintain documentation, reporting, and compliance records for regional services.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT service management, vendor management, or demand operations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes (PR/PO lifecycle, invoice management, vendor payments).
  • Hands-on experience managing IT services (telecom, networking, printing, vendor contracts).
  • Good understanding of ITIL-based service management (incident, request, escalation handling).
  • Experience working with finance teams on budgets and invoice processes.
  • Familiarity with local compliance requirements for IT contracts and services.
  • Strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.
