About the Role

We are seeking a holistic health specialist to join our team at FUME, a leading root-cause health transformation platform.

In this role, you will connect with clients over video consultations, educate them about FUME's holistic health process, and guide them on the next steps toward long-term wellness.

This is not a sales role - it's a consultative, client-engagement role where your focus will be on building trust, simplifying health concepts, and helping clients see how lifestyle, nutrition, and root-cause solutions can transform their health.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 1:1 Zoom consultations (20–30 mins) with warm leads
  • Review basic health reports, symptoms, and lifestyle details
  • Educate clients on FUME's holistic health transformation methodology
  • Support clients in setting achievable health goals and lifestyle changes
  • Build trust, explain recommended next steps in simple terms
  • Document accurate records of conversations and progress
  • Collaborate with senior health coaches for escalations and guidance
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Final-year students or fresh graduates from BAMS, BHMS, BNYS, BPT, or related AYUSH/Allied healthcare programs
  • No prior experience required
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Comfortable conducting video consultations (Zoom/Google Meet)
  • Empathetic, confident, and client-facing personality
  • Interest in lifestyle medicine, preventive healthcare, and holistic healing
  • Must maintain a healthy & fit lifestyle aligned with our values
