We're looking for Student Wellness Specialists to join us at an academic institute in West Bengal, as part of a structured student wellness initiative. This is a unique opportunity to combine counseling expertise with proactive engagement.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide overnight support on a rotational basis (10 PM – 6 AM).
  • Conduct in-person sessions in student hostels
  • Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through our portal.
  • Undertake floor walks in hostels to build visibility, accessibility, and trust with students.
  • Maintain timely records, case notes, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with our team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (mandatory).
  • Have experience (or strong interest) in working with youth/academic mental health.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students in an empathetic way.
  • Are comfortable with flexible working hours, including night shifts.
  • Are fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of Bengali is a plus).
  • Willing to stay on campus.
