We have a strong adherence system in place via medically-trained hair coaches and proprietary tech, where we guide the customer across their hair growth journey.

Role Overview

To provide virtual consultations to patients with the highest level of empathy and professionalism, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction throughout their healthcare journey.

The role requires conducting detailed consultations to gather patient history and accurately diagnose illnesses.

  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Prescribe medications and recommend treatments based on homeopathic principles and established lines of treatment.
  • Counsel patients on preventive healthcare practices, emphasizing proper nutrition, hygiene, and lifestyle changes.
Key Responsibilities

This role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to quality care.

  • Maintain precise documentation of patient diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-ups.
  • Evaluate complex cases and escalate them to specialists as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from a recognized institution.
