Operations Team Lead

Job Description:

This role involves supervising a group of call center associates and ensuring they meet performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to motivate their team, and handle escalated customer calls.

The Operations Team Lead will also be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving performance excellence, and ensuring quality support for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor the work and attendance of call center associates.
  • Coach and develop direct reports to ensure performance metrics are achieved.
  • Identify performance-related issues, develop action plans, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) expectations.
  • Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls.
  • Conduct team meetings to ensure open communication and schedule activities.
  • Stay current on internal work processes, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in a related field with two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and follow through on tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lead a team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines.
