Technical Team Lead

About the role:

Lead a high-performing team to design, build, and run SAP BTP applications and integrations. Partner with stakeholders, guide delivery, and raise quality through reviews, standards, and coaching.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Direct and mentor the development team and manage delivery
  • Plan work, allocate resources, and track milestones

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, and SAP Integration Suite.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and development tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori.
  • Experience with SAP HANA and database modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP certification in relevant areas is an asset.
  • Experience in leading teams and driving various initiatives.
  • Proven onsite lead experience with customer handling roles.
  • Business process knowledge in SAP/Non-SAP ERP functional areas.
  • Experience in consulting and effort estimations for new applications or extensions of existing ones.
  • Ability to collaborate in a global team environment.
  • Pro-active attitude and flexibility regarding tasks and process improvements.
