Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Your primary responsibility will be to plan, execute, and monitor tests to guarantee the highest level of product quality. You will also manage a team to test various applications, including high-stakes engineering software solutions and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans to deliver commitments within a professional engineering environment.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand requirements, set priorities, and communicate direction and progress.
  • Drive improvements in software quality practices and oversee the development of new test frameworks and applications.
  • Contribute to test process, tools, and methodologies, including manual and automated test execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working directly within engineering teams developing software delivering full systems.
  • 5+ years of proven work experience in software testing / quality assurance with web-based applications, mobile applications, and client-server applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and hands-on experience in manual API testing.
  • Experience in automation testing using Selenium or similar frameworks and solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
