Closing Manager Role Summary

The Closing Manager is the final point of contact in the sales process, responsible for client engagement and ensuring deal closure with proper documentation. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to handle high-pressure situations and demanding clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with CPs and brokers to assist in closure of their referred clients
  • Attend and engage with direct walk-ins and sourced leads at the project site
  • Present the project, USPs, pricing, and offers with clarity and conviction
  • Market research and analysis to understand trends & market landscapes.
  • Documentation & Booking Process - Prepare cost sheets, booking forms, and collect necessary KYC documents.
  • Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance for smooth execution of booking
  • Collaboration & Reporting - Report daily activities, walk-ins, and closure progress to the Site Head/Manager.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in commercial & residential real estate sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & follow-up skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and demanding clients
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and responsive under pressure
