Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Intern. This is a unique opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the field of product management.

The selected candidate will work closely with our product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to help us build a customer-centric product and scalable product operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and gather insights on customer pain points, use cases, and market needs.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to identify new opportunities for growing the product and scope out product requirements.
  • Support the development of low to high-fidelity designs and prototypes that enhance customer experience.
  • Test and release product features by coordinating with the QA team.
  • Analyze product performance and adoption post-launch and iterate on the same to continuously improve product experience and capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in product development work, market research, and opportunity mapping.
  • Ability to convert unstructured problems into structured ones and communicate them effectively to relevant stakeholders through verbal and written media.
  • Prior software/web development experience and working with Agile Scrum framework.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Databases, and APIs.
  • Ability to work in an agile and cross-functional environment, proactively collaborating and communicating with design, engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Education: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or Business.
  • Good to have: Prior experience in crafting high-quality PRDs and high-level design wireframes.

This internship is full-time and requires availability to work out of our office.
