Technical Sales Engineer

The NeetDeep Group requires a multifaceted Sales and Site Engineer to bridge the technical and commercial aspects of our business. This role demands an individual with both engineering knowledge and sales proficiency.
This position involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with our company's offerings. Working closely with the engineering and sales teams, the successful candidate will ensure that projects are executed on time while meeting client specifications.
The Sales and Site Engineer plays a vital role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication, technical support, and solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and target potential clients through market research and outreach.
* Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and project specifications.
* Develop and present technical proposals to clients.
* Support the sales team by providing technical expertise in product presentations.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs meet customer needs.
* Deliver product demonstrations and capability presentations to prospective clients.
* Provide ongoing technical support during the sales process.
* Negotiate commercial terms of contracts with clients.
* Prepare and deliver accurate cost estimates based on engineering analysis.
* Work with project management to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive products.
* Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
* Manage client inquiries and provide effective resolutions to technical issues.
* Assist in the development of marketing materials and technical documentation.
* Participate in training programs for sales personnel on product features and benefits.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience in a sales or engineering role.
* Strong understanding of technical products and services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrable ability to engage clients and foster relationships.
* Familiarity with sales processes and techniques.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in project management software tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
* Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
* Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
