This role involves building and managing relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners, fueling XTREMEX's growth through content and collaborations.

  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers, athletes, and creators in the fashion, lifestyle, and fitness space.
  • Manage influencer campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.
  • Negotiate collaboration deals that deliver return on investment (ROI).
  • Ensure a steady content pipeline (reels, styling videos, user-generated content) for marketing purposes.
  • Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer content with advertising campaigns, product launches, and events.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs): engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI from collaborations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or brand collaborations (fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle preferred).
  • A strong network of creators and influencers in India.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of user-generated content trends, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • The ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize future partnerships.
  • A passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture.
