Lead Customer Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned growth manager to spearhead customer acquisition through our referral program. Leveraging data-driven strategies and collaborative teamwork, you will drive business expansion and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth through data-driven strategies and collaborative teamwork, with a passion for customer insight and analytics.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and scale our largest channel of new customer acquisitions, optimizing costs and improving overall performance.
  2. Develop and execute referral marketing strategies, including A/B testing and reward structure experimentation.
  3. Collaborate with product, tech, and creative teams to create seamless app experiences for referrals.
  4. Analyze metrics to improve conversion rates, reduce CAC, and assess industry trends for competitive advantage.
  5. Implement personalized multi-channel communication to boost awareness, engagement, and CTR.
  6. Develop and optimize nurturing journeys through the funnel to improve lead rates, referrals, and reviews.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in large-scale growth operations with a focus on referrals.
  • Experience managing budgets and being accountable for growth performance of a referral program.
  • Strong knowledge and prior experience with marketing automation platforms and messaging platforms.
  • Passionate about mining customer insight, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and data reporting skills.
