We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a junior-level, full-time position requiring at least 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and supporting overall financial operations.


Responsibilities



  • Manage and maintain general ledger accounts with precision and compliance
  • Oversee billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Ensure seamless GST compliance including calculation, filing, and reconciliation
  • Administer TDS processes to meet deadlines and compliance requirements
  • Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support budget preparation and forecasting initiatives
  • Maintain strict adherence to all internal control policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide valuable financial insights and support decision-making

Requirements and Skills



  • Proficiency in managing general ledgers is mandatory
  • Experience with Tally ERP is a must
  • Familiarity with Miracle software is required
  • Strong account management capabilities to review and maintain financial records
  • Proven experience in handling billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing for services
  • Familiarity with Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and filing procedures
  • Understanding of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) regulations and processes
  • Solid grasp of accounting principles

Salary Information


The estimated salary for this role ranges from ₹7,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
