Senior Executive/AM Finance

The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor invoice processing, checking of pending GR/IR accounts in SAP and following up with concerned teams for invoices. They will also create fixed asset codes in SAP and pass capitalization entries, as well as post monthly depreciation as per the Companies Act and Income Tax Act.

Responsibilities:

  1. Vendor Invoice Processing: Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently to ensure timely payment.
  2. Fixed Asset Accounting: Create fixed asset codes in SAP and pass capitalization entries to record the value of new assets.
  3. TDS & TCS Compliance: Calculate and deposit monthly TDS and TCS liabilities, coordinate with CA's for foreign remittances, and file TDS and TCS returns.
  4. GST: Possess a strong understanding of GST RCM, block credit, and input-related provisions.
  5. Month-End Closing Support: Assist in month-end closing reporting to ensure accurate financial statements.
  6. Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate within teams and with inter-departmental support to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BCOM/MCOM/MBA/CA Inter
  • Experience: 4-7 years of experience working with SAP Business One/SAP HANA/ECC/SAP BYD, preferably in FMCG industries
  • Skills: Strong understanding of accounting concepts, TDS and Income Tax, GST & Fixed Assets Accounting in SAP
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
