Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Analytics Manager to oversee the development and implementation of data-driven strategies that drive business growth.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in partner data governance, compliance, and process optimization.

This role involves advising business stakeholders on data requisites, managing KYC processes, and collaborating with Compliance Governance to mitigate risks.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading improvement projects using Lean principles, enhancing capabilities, and services for partner data handling, and establishing KPI frameworks.

They must have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A background in Business Intelligence tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM governance is highly desirable.

Familiarity with Data Warehouses and data visualization tools is also a plus.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

A proactive team player who can prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively in a global environment.

Requirements
  • Graduate/Post-graduate in Business Management or a related field
  • 3–4 years of experience as an Analyst or Research Analyst
  • Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Teams
  • Understanding of CRM governance and risk control frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to meet tight deadlines
