About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Incident Reporting and Analytics Manager. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by leading the Global Incident Management Reporting and Analytics function.

Your primary responsibilities will include establishing and overseeing centralized incident data management, analysis, and standardized reporting across our global portfolio. You will work closely with country teams and regional representatives to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Management: Develop and implement data quality protocols and standards for the effective management of global incident data.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Establish regular communication channels with country and regional teams and maintain a comprehensive action tracking system.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Create customized dashboards for key stakeholders, deliver quarterly trend analysis, and standardize reporting metrics and formats.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Required, preferably in a related field.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a command center facilities management data analytics environment.
