Job Summary

The role of People Analytics Developer is pivotal in driving business decisions through data-driven insights. This position will work with various data sources across the enterprise to build analytics products that positively impact employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy reports, analytics, and dashboards for the Source-to-Hire-to-Retire cycle to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate reporting requirements and execute projects.
  • Maintain existing analytics products, re-engineering the reporting ecosystem for improvement, simplification, standardization, and security.
  • Work closely with the Apple People team to advise on methodologies and ensure report dependencies are met.
Requirements
  • Technical expertise in advanced analytics techniques, leveraging SQL development, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
  • Strong familiarity with analytics tools and technologies, including Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Workday, and ServiceNow.
  • Experience with SQL, SAS, or R, as well as software development lifecycle, test methodologies, and quality processes.
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile development methodologies, with a passion for influencing adoption in the workplace.
  • Ability to collect, organize, and disseminate confidential information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Data Science, or related field.
  • Certification in Workday HCM, ServiceNow platforms, and their data sources.
  • Understanding of Human Capital domains like Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, etc.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake enterprise data warehouse technology and relational database technologies like MySQL and Postgres.
  • Proficiency in Python libraries like Numpy and Pandas, as well as data science libraries for statistical analysis.
