We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Analytics.

This leadership role will oversee data strategy, analytics initiatives, and insights generation to drive data-informed decision-making across the business.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analysis, team management, and business acumen to guide strategy and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify key business priorities and opportunities for data-driven insights.

- Champion the adoption of analytics tools, processes, and data-driven culture across departments.

Data Insights and Decision-Making :

- Lead the creation of dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics models to provide actionable insights.

- Translate complex data into clear and impactful recommendations for stakeholders.

- Monitor KPIs and business metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Team Leadership and Development :

- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing analytics team, including data scientists, analysts, and BI professionals.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the analytics function.

- Provide training and support to team members to enhance technical and analytical capabilities.

Data Infrastructure and Tools :

- Oversee the design and implementation of robust data infrastructure and analytics tools.

- Partner with engineering and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, availability, and security.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies or tools to enhance analytics Collaboration :

- Act as a key liaison between analytics and other business units (e.g., product, marketing, finance, operations).

- Ensure analytics initiatives are aligned with the goals of each department.

- Support cross-functional projects with actionable data insights and :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles

- Proven track record of driving business growth and operational efficiency through analytics.

- Experience in building and managing analytics teams and fostering a data-driven culture.

- Strong proficiency in analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent.

- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.

- Knowledge of data engineering concepts, including ETL processes, databases, and cloud platforms.

- Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning).

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

- Ability to influence and drive change in a cross-functional environment
