Job Title: Operations Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Client Success: Develop and implement strategies to drive client KPIs and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Team Development: Identify areas for improvement and develop performance management plans for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Employee Engagement: Oversee schedule changes, employee call-ins, and other staffing issues, making adjustments as needed to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Leadership: Act as a role model for employees by demonstrating exceptional service, attention to detail, and leadership skills in all tasks.
  • Task Delegation: Delegate tasks to employees and provide guidance and support when needed to ensure successful task completion.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Recruit, interview, and train new hires, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they integrate well into the team.
  • Performance Evaluation: Supervise employees, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to help them grow professionally.

Preferred Skills and Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
  • Performance Metrics: In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Strong PC skills, especially MS Excel, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Organizational and Time-Management: Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Decision-Making: Decision-making skills to make informed decisions that drive business results.
  • Education: Graduate degree in any stream.
