Job Opportunity

We are building a dynamic appointment setting team in the life and health insurance industry, offering a chance to be part of a pioneering group.

You will communicate with pre-screened leads and arrange consultations for licensed agents across the U.S. All scripts, tools, and leads are provided - no cold calling or selling. Training is delivered by experienced professionals based in the U.S., and you'll work fully from home with performance coaching and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact Leads: Make 150–200 outbound calls per day to warm leads using our dialer and CRM.
  • Follow Protocols: Follow a scripted format to educate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Input Details: Input detailed notes and statuses into the CRM after each call.
  • Achieve Goals: Meet or exceed daily and weekly booking targets.
  • Participate in Meetings: Participate in coaching sessions and team meetings.
Requirements:
  • Effective Communication: Strong English communication skills, spoken and written.
  • Phone Skills: Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections.
  • Reliable Equipment: Reliable internet, power backup, computer, and smartphone.
  • Motivated and Consistent: Motivated, consistent, and able to follow instructions.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is beneficial.
