Job Opportunity: Collection Specialist
About the Role:- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Collection Specialist.
- To provide exceptional customer service support and collections via phone calls, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
- Perform outbound calls to insurance companies, end customers, and verify patient information, obtain prior authorization, request missing or incomplete payer information, and update records accordingly.
- Handle inbound calls by working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a first-class, professional customer service using various communication methods, aiming to resolve customer inquiries, payments, and complaints at the initial point of contact.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or similar field.
- Graduation from any stream.
- 12-24 months of International Voice process experience, preferably in patient handling and provider/DME AR calling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Neutral accent and ability to adapt to US culture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer queries effectively.
- Professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, and empathy.
- Active listening skills.
- Data entry & typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
