Business Ethics Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
  • Guiding the Compliance Team: Ensure compliance team members are performing their duties effectively and following established rules.

Key Tasks:

  • Track and Fix Issues: Maintain a record of any mistakes or rule violations and assist in resolving them promptly.
  • Support Business Teams: Provide assistance to sales and marketing teams in understanding required documents and approvals for their activities.
  • Escalate Problems Timely: Raise issues to higher management when necessary, without unnecessary delays.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work with HR, legal, finance, etc., to ensure consistent compliance standards across the organization.
  • Handle Projects: Participate in or lead compliance-related projects to enhance processes and improve outcomes.
  • Train Employees: Conduct training sessions and share regular updates to help employees understand and follow compliance rules.
  • Audit Risks: Regularly assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
