Digital Marketing Strategist

We seek a skilled marketer to develop and execute strategic plans for advertising campaigns in the US market.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize B2B lead generation and brand awareness advertising campaigns.
- Develop audience targeting strategies tailored to the US market.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights based on analytics.
- Run A/B tests to continuously improve ad performance, CTR, and conversion rates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital marketing, hands-on experience with Ads, and a proven track record of generating qualified leads and delivering measurable ROI.
Requirements:- 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Ads.
- Proven experience working with US-based clients; understanding of the US market is essential.
- Proficiency with Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics and dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
