We are seeking a skilled Cleanroom Construction and Supervision Specialist to join our team at Tata Electronics. As a key member of our OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) construction project, you will play a vital role in ensuring that cleanroom facilities are built to industry standards, project specifications, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all phases of cleanroom construction, including planning, execution, and inspection, to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that all cleanroom construction activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Monitor the progress of cleanroom construction and implement corrective measures as needed to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with design teams, architects, and consultants to review and coordinate cleanroom designs, ensuring integration with other project systems.
- Verify that mechanical and HVAC systems are designed and installed to meet cleanroom specifications, including airflow, filtration, and environmental control requirements.
- Conduct design reviews and facilitate coordination meetings to resolve design conflicts and incorporate feedback from project stakeholders.
- Oversee the technical aspects of cleanroom construction, ensuring compliance with cleanroom standards (e.g., ISO 14644) and best practices.
- Perform quality checks and inspections at various stages of construction to ensure adherence to approved plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and conduct performance testing of cleanroom systems, including validation of air quality, temperature control, and pressure differentials.
