Industrial Construction Manager

The Tata Electronics is seeking a highly experienced Industrial Construction Manager to oversee the construction of an OSAT project. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and collaboration skills to align construction efforts with overall project goals and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Program and Construction Management: Lead the overall construction program for the OSAT project, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Contractor Coordination and Supervision: Manage and coordinate activities of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, design consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in construction management or project management are preferred.
A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in contracting and large-scale industrial projects, is required. Proven experience managing high-tech or semiconductor facility construction is a plus.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
