We're building a resilient, audit-ready foundation that powers global growth. As our Associate Compliance Manager, you'll ensure that security, privacy, and governance are embedded into every layer of our business from product design to partner ecosystems.

This role requires a deep understanding of compliance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory requirements. You'll lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize exposure to non-compliance risks
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed Privacy by Design into every layer of the business
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, IT, and Vendors to ensure that data protection and privacy practices are integrated into every stage of the product lifecycle
Requirements:
  • 8–12 years of experience in Privacy, InfoSec, or Compliance
  • Fluent in GDPR, DPDP, ISO 27001/27701, SOC2
  • Skilled at certifications, audits, and regulator/client interactions
  • Collaborative with tech + product teams - not just policy-driven
