Job Title: Corporate Office Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated project professional to oversee and execute high-end corporate office interior design projects.

The ideal candidate will be stationed at the site and will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior design projects.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate project timelines in alignment with design & client requirements.
  • Ensure quality standards and adherence to approved designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Monitor contractor, vendor, and labor performance to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate with design teams, procurement, vendors, and clients for seamless communication.
  • Track project budgets, materials usage, and report cost deviations.
  • Conduct site meetings and provide regular project updates to management and clients.
  • Ensure health, safety, and compliance regulations are strictly followed at the site.
  • Resolve on-site challenges and provide quick, effective solutions.
  • Ensure timely handover of the project with high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Project Management.
  • 5–8 years of experience in managing corporate office interior projects.
  • Strong understanding of interior design processes, materials, and finishing standards.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and site teams.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Flexibility to stay full-time at the project site.
