Job Description:

The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic internal and external communication plans that promote the organization's goals, values, and mission. This includes crafting compelling content for various channels, fostering collaboration among teams, and analyzing performance metrics to inform future strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective corporate and external communication strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Manage internal communications by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of plans.
  • Research, write, and edit high-quality content for diverse platforms, including social media, emails, newsletters, org website, infographics, etc.
  • Plan and initiate communication initiatives for key events, leveraging strong analytical skills to measure success.
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies, brand guidelines, and style guides to ensure consistency in all communications.
  • Work closely with internal teams to brainstorm innovative content ideas that support organizational goals.
  • Provide exceptional support in communication from leadership and serve as a facilitator to resolve disputes effectively.
  • Proactively assess and improve the performance of communication strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ or 8+ years of experience as a communications specialist with expertise in internal and external communications.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills for multiple platforms.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or relevant field.
