We are a luxury social enterprise connecting rural craftsmanship with global markets through our unique business model. Our family-run business provides livelihood to artisans at their doorstep, eliminating the need for middlemen.

We have a network of over 40,000 artisans spread across 600 rural Indian villages in five states. Our end-to-end business model ensures high-quality products, from sourcing wool to exporting finished handmade rugs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • From sales background, energetic and bent towards luxury and design
  • Well connected with key stakeholders in region, leveraging social networking at events / exhibitions
  • Experience in handling project business through architects and interior designers primarily in residential space
  • Understanding requirements from interior designers and architects
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills
  • Willingness to achieve company goals and customer expectations
  • Self-driven, persistent, action-oriented, and goal-driven

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience or similar categories of design or luxury
  • Undergraduate or Post-graduate in Business Administration, Design, Marketing, CRM preferred
  • Handled/project knowledge of business through architects and interior designers
