  • Proven track record of improving team performance, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving process efficiency.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams in achieving business goals.
  • Well-versed in developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Effective communicator to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with ITIL, Agile, Scrum, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and other industry-standard tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time management, facilitation, and process management skills.
