
International Customer Experience Specialist

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication abilities, can work under pressure, and is punctual. They should also have a knack for organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch customer service via phone, email, or chat
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
- Fluency in English language for business communications
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace
- Proficiency in office tools and software like Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF, etc.
Our Recruitment Process:
- Initial interview in India office
- Followed by an interview at our Head Quarter (Canada) office
- Trial period of one week or two weeks depending on requirement
Job Details:
- Work from home
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday, 9 hours between 5:30 pm and 9:00 am
- Weekend availability
