Role Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced UI/UX designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of robust design systems, fostering consistency and scalability across multiple applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end design solutions for products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive design systems, encompassing 50+ applications.
  • Implement Figma variables, Auto Layout, Color Tokens, and Typography Rules to establish visual coherence.
  • Design micro-interactions that enhance the user interface.
  • Translate Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and Material Design principles into practical design solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers to bring designs to life in production.
  • Mentor junior designers, sharing best practices and providing feedback.
  • Balance speed and craftsmanship, prioritizing quality and improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in product design or UI/UX.
  • A portfolio showcasing real products, not just concepts.
  • Advanced skills in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, and Prototyping.
  • Deep knowledge of typography and color systems.
  • Comfort with multi-platform design (iOS, Android, Web).
  • Familiarity with Framer or other no-code website design tools.
  • Ability to scale design systems across multiple apps without compromising personality.
  • Strong understanding of HIG and Material Design principles.
  • Clear communication skills to explain design choices simply.
