Leadership Role for Human Resource Management

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to lead our human resource team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and morale.
    • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and build a high-performing team.
    • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and career development.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in HR or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or plant-based environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act provisions, and industrial relations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
