Position: GM – Service

Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in automobile after-sales service, including 5+ years in a leadership role (GM, Service).

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering

Age Range: 35 to 50 years preferred

Reporting To: Dealer Principal

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage entire after-sales operations (workshop, bodyshop, CRM, parts coordination)
  • Improve CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
  • Control TAT, productivity, and efficiency
  • Ensure Hyundai service SOP & audit compliance
  • Lead a large team (advisors, technicians, CRM, drivers)
  • Coordinate with Hyundai Service Field Teams
  • Handle escalated complaints and high-value customer grievances
  • Conduct daily performance reviews and monthly planning

Salary: ₹70,000 to ₹80,000/month (based on capability) + Incentives + Allowances

Extra Benefit: Accommodation/travel support (if relocating)

Preferred: Hyundai brand experience or other premium OEMs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70, ₹80,000.00 per month
