Job Title Hairdresser Location Jharsuguda Reports To Salon Manager Job Summary The Hairdresser is responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to clients including cutting coloring styling and hair treatments They must demonstrate creativity technical skills and a passion for staying current with industry trends The Hairdresser will work in a team-oriented environment maintaining a high standard of customer service and contributing to the overall success of the salon Key Responsibilities Perform haircuts blow-drys and various styles for different hair types and lengths Apply hair coloring techniques such as highlights balayage root touch-ups and full-head coloring Provide hair treatments including conditioning keratin treatments and other specialty services Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate hair care services and products Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work station tools and equipment in compliance with salon standards Stay updated with the latest hair trends products and techniques Adhere to salon policies regarding appointments walk-ins and service time management Promote salon retail products by educating clients on the benefits of professional-grade hair care items Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business Collaborate with fellow hairdressers assistants and salon staff to ensure efficient service delivery Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a hairdresser hairstylist or colorist Valid cosmetology or hairdressing license if applicable Strong understanding of different hair types cutting techniques and coloring methods Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction Up-to-date knowledge of hair trends and industry products Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods of time Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment Comfortable working with chemicals used in hair treatments and color processing Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Shift allowance Yearly bonus Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Required Experience Hair styling 1 year Required Hair Coloring 1 year Required total work 1 year Required Language English Preferred Work Location In person
