Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Rev Operations Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing organization, you will be responsible for driving scalable and efficient execution across our GTM engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain lead lists to ensure high-quality data enrichment
  • Oversight of CRM hygiene and implementation of automation across inbound and outbound workflows
  • Design and implement fair, automated lead distribution workflows with the LDR/SDR team
  • Ownership of Sales & Marketing tech stack - CRM, automation, attribution, enrichment, and reporting
  • Implementation of SLA-driven workflows for timely lead follow-ups and accountability across the funnel
  • Deployment of automation initiatives across inbound and outbound channels
  • Enablement of SDRs with automated, high-quality lead lists for efficient outbound prospecting
  • Development of dashboards and reporting frameworks to track funnel health, attribution, pipeline coverage, and ROI
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing leadership to align on GTM strategy and revenue goals
  • Drive adoption of AI/LLM-based tools to improve efficiency and unlock new workflows in Rev Ops

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of prior experience in Rev Ops function in a B2B SaaS industry
  • Curiosity and practical knowledge of LLMs/AI agents, with ability to apply them in workflows
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM tools (Hub Spot preferred) and advanced spreadsheets
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
