Design Specialist

We're looking for a skilled, experienced, and high-agency graphic design specialist for our team at Rev X (Seattle-based Rev Ops consultancy) and Audit Fox (Saa S Hub Spot audit platform by Rev X).This is a completely remote, full-time position.

Skills and experience we absolutely need5+ years of solid graphic and web design experience, ideally in the B2 B tech product / service spaceHands-on experience creating marketing and sales collaterals including product and service decks, print design (brochures, standees, business cards, banners), whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, posters, and suchSolid experience creating engaging digital assets, including website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital adsSolid web design experience, with a fairly deep understanding of core design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimizationExperience being deeply involved with (or ideally leading) branding and visual identity for B2 B organizationsCritical: We need strong verbal and nonverbal communications.
That's because you'll need to understand what's needed, connect the dots between what's said and what isn't, convey your design thinking clearly, and push back on ideas you don't agree with — in a remote setup.
And that needs solid comms skills.

Tools we need you to knowAdobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After EffectsFigma, Miro, Canva Pro, and design on Google Slides and Power PointHub Spot CMS What would be a major plusMotion graphics and video editing, with an understanding of Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Hostlavikat, and/or Cap Cut.
For context, if you have these skills, you'll be creating product and service videos, GFX-rich marketing videos, amazing podcasts, and exceptional webinars across channelsUnderstanding of AI design tools including Midjourney, Google AI Studio, Canva AI, and such.
To us, a good grasp over these tools means you understand the advantages of being an AI-enabled specialist.
Big plusStrong front-end skills including HTML5, CSS3, Java Script/j Query.
We know you'll be exceptional at web design.
But can you execute? If yes, that's a big plusUnderstanding of the Hub Spot ecosystem would be a big plus — how it works, who uses it, that sort of stuffGeneral understanding of the space we work in: revenue operations (Rev Ops)Not knowing these isn't a deal breaker; we know it's unrealistic to expect an all-in-one maestro.
But these skills will help us run much stronger GTM motions; naturally, it'll also help you hone your skills and learn new things.
