In this capacity, you will be responsible for verifying the functionality of our system configuration, including pay rules, absences, and security features.

Key Responsibilities:
- Test Case Development: Collaborate with the project team to develop comprehensive test cases based on business requirements.
- Test Script Execution: Execute test scripts and document the results, ensuring that all defects are identified and reported in a timely manner.
- Defect Management: Document and track defects until they are resolved, retesting them once fixed to ensure that they meet the expected standards.

Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of experience in functional testing or a related field
- Strong knowledge of system configuration, including pay rules, absences, and security features
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
