Job Title: System Configuration Specialist

Support system program leaders with configuration and operational support for global, web-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily system support to users of a cloud-based application.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with users and software vendors to resolve them.
  • Perform system administration tasks, including updating website content and system data changes.
  • Assist with configuration modifications to the workflow tool.
  • Develop and execute test cases to confirm configurations function as expected.
  • Support software validation and change control activities.
  • Design charts, graphs, and other reports using Excel and Tableau.
  • Develop training materials.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Team player with a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Experience with system troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • SQL experience required.
  • Prior experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
  • SharePoint experience.
