Job Description:

As a Configuration Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing configuration management plans and assisting in the design of software configurations to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective configuration solutions.

Your typical day will involve performing independently as an SME, actively participating in team discussions, and contributing solutions to work-related problems. You will also be responsible for documenting configuration processes and maintaining accurate records to support future reference and audits.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform independent tasks as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Participate actively in team discussions
  • Contribute solutions to work-related problems
  • Document configuration processes and maintain accurate records

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You must have proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools and a strong understanding of software configuration management principles. Experience with customization and integration of enterprise content management systems is also required. Additionally, you should be able to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues effectively and have familiarity with version control systems and best practices.
