Job Overview:

The primary function of this role is to support system program leaders in configuring and maintaining global, web-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily system assistance to users of the EtQ Reliance application.
  • Investigate and resolve system issues with users, collaborating when necessary with software vendors.
  • Perform various system administration tasks, including updating website information content and modifying system data.
  • Collaborate with team members on configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance.
  • Design and execute test cases to validate configurations and ensure they function as expected.
  • Support software validation and change control activities.
  • Contribute to the development of charts, graphs, and reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
  • Assist in creating training materials.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality results and supporting colleagues' success, a dedicated team player.
  • Proven experience in system troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Proficient user of Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • SQL expertise required.
  • Previous scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
  • SharePoint expertise.
