Job Title: Payroll Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of UK and Ireland payrolls, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and delivering accurate and timely results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process weekly and monthly payrolls for multiple clients.
  • Ensure adherence to the checklist and generate ad-hoc reports to analyze payroll data.
  • Maintain and publish periodic dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Quality assure payrolls prepared by payroll administrators and provide comprehensive solutions to queries from internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Monitor submissions to HMRC and ensure timely preparation and sending of forms P30 and P32 to clients.
  • Calculate and process statutory pay, such as maternity pay, paternity pay, sick pay, and adoption pay.
  • BACS processing for employee and HMRC payments and submissions of third-party remittance to various pension providers.
Requirements:
  • MBA/Business Graduate with Finance Background.
  • Between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience managing and processing UK payroll.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Calm and focused under pressure.
  • Delivers on commitments with a sense of urgency.
  • Works with utmost integrity and does the right thing.
  • Structured thinker who anticipates and solves problems.
