  • Staying up-to-date with industry and regulatory updates, and informing relevant stakeholders of critical changes, is a vital responsibility.
  • Conducting light-touch regulatory assessments to ensure alignment with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI is also required.
  • Assisting with internal audits, evidence collection, and maintaining documentation related to compliance initiatives is another important duty.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is necessary.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Compliance, Risk, GRC, or Regulatory Analysis roles is preferred.
  • Experience working with or analyzing multiple compliance frameworks/regulations is highly valued.
  • Ability to review and interpret regulatory language and translate it into actionable requirements is a key skill.
  • Familiarity with public cloud environments from a compliance/security standpoint is also beneficial.
  • Strong documentation and analytical skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams like product and engineering, are necessary.
Good to Have:
  • Exposure to GRC tools or platforms is advantageous.
  • Basic scripting or data handling knowledge for demo setup or mock data creation is useful.
  • Certifications such as ISO 27001 LA/LI, SOC 2 Implementation or CISA are a plus.
