Job Description

The role of Senior Compliance Specialist involves leading various compliance initiatives across the organization. This includes conducting thorough risk assessments, developing and implementing effective compliance strategies, and providing training to employees on anti-corruption and financial integrity topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate case risks and develop investigation plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and obtain relevant data and documents to inform investigations, utilizing technical accounting and financial data as needed.
  • Perform forensic analysis on financial, operational, and other data to inform investigations and improve overall compliance posture.
Compliance Trainings
  • Develop in-house training decks for global anti-corruption and financial integrity topics, focusing on strategic initiatives that support the company's ethics and compliance mission.
  • Deliver targeted group trainings and remediation sessions, ensuring that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a compliant work environment.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to develop compliance training materials, staying up-to-date with the latest regulatory changes and best practices.
Global Compliance Program
  • Support the global ethics and compliance mission by developing strategic initiatives that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Draft global trainings, policies, and risk assessments, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and recommend updates to compliance activities, ensuring that the company remains compliant with evolving regulations.
Main Compliance Tasks
  • Collaborate with Internal Audit to review reports and assist in setting audit plans, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct M&A compliance risk assessments and due diligence, integrating new targets into the company's global ethics and compliance program.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance programs, ensuring that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a compliant work environment.
Requirements

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in finance, business management, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree, CPA, CFE, or CIA preferred. A minimum of 6 years of forensic review and/or audit experience is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, CONCUR, COUPA, and forensic review software.
