  • People Management: Ensure the smooth functioning of processes and teams. Focus on Quality and Compliance while managing Client expectations.
  • Performance Analysis: Report team performance dashboards on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop strategies to minimize attrition and improve overall work environment.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in team handling.
  • Travel background is essential.

  • Rotational shifts and week offs are applicable.
  • Work from office module is adopted.
