Financial Recovery Specialist
- We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Recovery Specialist to drive our collection process and facilitate contact with clients for the collection of outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Drive collection activities and achieve targets while maintaining excellent customer service, ensuring seamless communication and conflict resolution.
- Proactively follow up with customers via phone and email for overdue amounts, minimizing debts and loss experience.
- Develop and maintain an accurate database of all transactions related to payment collection, account receivables, and collaborate with the team to improve collection strategies.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date on system improvements and assist the recovery team in resolving cases by providing expert support.
Requirements:
- Superior written and oral communication skills, facilitating effective client interactions.
- Compelling convincing abilities, driving successful negotiation outcomes.
- Fluent in English, with additional language proficiency in Tamil a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
