Project Delivery Manager Job

The role of a Project Delivery Manager is to oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, from initiation to closure. This involves managing resources, schedules, budgets, and quality standards, while adhering to global project management guidelines and governance frameworks.

This position requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience with SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects with complete accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, allocate resources, establish timelines, and set communication and testing strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of complex, multi-line-of-business initiatives from initiation to closure.
  • Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports on milestones, deliverables, and key metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of core project management experience in cross-functional, matrix environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and portfolios successfully.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
