Senior Manager Coding and Compliance

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our coding and compliance efforts. As a Senior Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the coding unit, including workload and staffing.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing long-range and short-term goals, objectives, plans, and programs;
  • Assisting in planning, developing, and controlling budgets;
  • Evaluating impact of innovations and changes in programs, policies, and procedures;
  • Designing and implementing systems and methods to improve data accessibility;
  • Overseeing and monitoring coding compliance programs;
  • Ensuring appropriate dissemination and communication of regulatory, policy, and guideline changes;
  • Conducting and overseeing coding audit efforts;

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field;

  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams;
